It comes down to the Bank/Lender you work for so I would suggest you contact your compliance desk before you enter into a dual contract.It's great to have licenses to buff up a resume but my personal opinion is pick a lane.

I resumed working in mid 2022 with my spare time and a goal of being finished before the end of 2023.

I would start documenting your property (photos, notes, etc.) so you can assemble a resume/portfolio to show lenders.
