I am starting REI along with my masters of counseling psychology in June!

Is it a psychological thing to relax the prospect?

For me Millionaire Real Estate Agent was great, along with lots of Youtube videos and other books like "The One Thing" and general books on psychology and sales.

Also, hoarding is a mental issue so I don't see her being able to just leave because of her psychological attachment to her stuff.

The 2 years of work I put in was an Master's Degree experience in construction, real estate, psychology, and hard work.  

Where will the psychology be a month from now?

I'm sure all those telling you to stay in school would change their tone if they found out you were going to have $150K in dept and a psychology degree.  

I read an article by a psychology professor, who was analyzing behaviors of people in a train compartment, when someone has a compartment for themselves at first and they spread out and then an hour later someone else joins them.
