@Chris Seveney as a Note investor (I'm not sure if you originate or purchase notes) is Propstream a great way to identify real estate investors/ capital investors (ie: private money)? 

Is the only place where this works some sort of a private loan with a local private investor who understands your situation?

@Kristi Miller getting started wasn’t difficult because our cleaners had existing clients for private residential cleans.

I also created a five-email drip campaign that prepared them to sign.

What is a reasonable proposal to private investors for sourcing such a deal?     

When pitching to a private investor, focus on the projected return, timeline, and security for their investment.

I've tried emailing the operator but it's been a couple of weeks and I haven't heard anything.

I'm looking for cash out refi money (maybe private) for several SFR rentals in cleveland OH.

Like @Laura Chotkevys said, you can raise money, creatively finance from the seller, partner, get lower money down loans (SBA - although this is harder for the first deal sometimes), get a private note... lots of ways to go about this with low money down if you put in the work and know how much you need.
