I've heard of mentees who started cleaning up construction areas on a flip at the end of each work day or picking up supplies at Home Depot and delivering them to the job site.

I don’t think the Airbnb market here is very popular but it seems like there would be enough people that visit the park that would make it worth it.

I am trying to sell a condo rental property and thought someone maybe had some good tips.Thanks, William Jobe Hey William,I am an agent and we also wholesale properties and therefore have experience with listings proeprties via FSBO.What I can tell you also from an agent point of view, is that zillow's default mode for example does not show FSBO listings UNLESS you change the mode to "Listed by Owner".So visiblity on these sites could be a little more difficult.I would suggest you list your property on Facebook.

Also we have had some good luck purchasing properties in areas we vet out by posting in the local and LEGITIMATE owner group sites for developments "in town and have $400k, interested in 3 bed, 2 bath houses in location xyz" you would be surprised what you can find.

I was part of this REI group called Real Wealth, on this site they have vetted REI teams in diffrent GEOS, definitely learning REI with some hard knocks, but I'm not going to stop.

My assistant or I via Googling/people search sites, plus we use Batchleads, plus Fred down in FL (who used to be a private detective) on the hard-to-find ones........
