After being hospitalized for a few days and going through shoulder surgery I realized I was on the wrong path in life.

I think travel nurses is an obvious choice for a property near the hospital but I think Airbnb is more lucrative as there are people traveling for surgeries, family who want a place to gather when they have a loved one in the hospital, etc that a duplex by the hospital could really provide a need for.

If you're swiping that plastic you better have a reason and plan behind it. 

It seems a little too plastic to me.

Bandit signs - these are the 18" x 24" plastic signs you see on the side of the road.

They can refer you to the expert you need for your eye surgery but you wouldn't want your primary care doctor performing your eye surgery, would you?

Without a pic of the faucet, I have no judgment on that decision, but if showing excessive corrosion and/or age of plastic components, depending on overall condition of the unit I will likely change as well.

Add in a pandemic, supply chain issues, hubby having 2 back surgeries, father-in-law passing and it was the perfect storm.
