Cozy accepts Credit Cards (CC) AND does ACH Bank Transfers.  

If it is on a pitched roof, it can be quite a chore to muscle it up. 

It also included instructions to ACH transfer rather than pay on the software, because the software provider "takes a percentage."

I've heard nightmares that some investors had to deal with companies who weren't pleasant to work with and it was a head-aching process.What companies have you used and recommend for conventional mortgage loans for a first time investor for a (2-4 plex) ? 

I realize I am still under performing in reaching my first deal because I am still scared but have managed to muscle a little bit more courage.

Also, I agree with Brandon that B4 will build your "work your *** off" muscle.
