I already had templates and patterns set up, all I had to do was copy them over, set some rules, and boom, done!

You've got way too many awesome tools still at your disposal to do that.Change your behavior patterns BEFORE you sign up for a massive loan on a property in a period of time where asset prices are very high.

I did get a note back from my contact at Suite, and she mentioned that it was initially thought I owned a commission on one of the properties, but upon closer inspection Principle paid that commission to Suite, and/or it was billed improperly.Essentially I'm still in a holding pattern waiting on Feb rents.To answer your questions:There was renovation that took a few months.

Druggies don't like police so if they notice a pattern of the police coming out when they're on your property, chances are they'll find somewhere else to go.

Kind of in a holding pattern right now, but we are looking at some land to possibly put up storage units.

Or does it assume you'll be putting in marble floors and granite tops?  

Or the Judge could treat them as having ownership in the property and then you would have to foreclose on them, and depending on the state  you might have to deal with a redemption period, up to one year after the foreclosure where the prop is in a holding pattern.
