However, I think it’s good you said your point of view because any perspective to try to do the right thing is a great thing, and all of us are stewards of REI at large and have a responsibility to present it in the most professional and ethical manner.

Hello BP forum,  I am interested in investing in the US generally and would like to build a medium to large rental portfolio,  are there any key areas I should be looking at or should stay away from? 

Perhaps displaying it in a format like a TD Ameritrade or other investing site.

He immediately came back and started throwing large tree branches and other stuff on to my deck. i called the police a second time and they came and arrested him and gave me the report number.i have a security camera video of him throwing the brick, walking in and out of my property, screaming, and throwing the branches.what do i do to protect my workers and not lose my investment.

But when you are making a large multi hundred-thousand-dollar investment, why would you want the cheapest person in your corner helping you make that decision.

@N M Clarke, i would suggest speaking to someone in the assessors office to better understand why such a large change was made.

It fits all the requirements- size limit, minimum pixels, file format, no text etc.

Like you see now, eliminating pets also eliminates a large chuck of prospective tenants. 

Views are 4X and conversion is double over my 2/1. 2- and 3- bedrooms are the squishy middle with tons of competition, but when the potential guest needs to sleep a large group the pool shrinks dramatically.
