She is been my rock in Omaha for the past 3 years, I don't think I could have tackled this area without her wisdom and help.

It won't be the biggest rehab I've done but some of the issues are different from what I've previously tackled.1- a GC to walk a property (it's under contract and the inspection clock is ticking).

So if there's anyone in the area that would be interested in chatting, or even forming a group to tackle today's hot topics (multi-family, single family, flipping, financing strategies, rehabbing, property management, etc.) or share experiences, comment here and hopefully we can all help each other out!

Then after you have a solid lineup of subcontractors, tackle bigger projects like this.

Overall, learning to budget and tackling debt should be lessons #1 and 2 for anyone over the age of 15, so thumbs up to Dave there.  

Starting simple with the first one will help you understand how to tackle your next property and teach you many lessons along the way.
