Recomendations for house rewire and inspection

Hello BP!

I'm looking for a few things and would love an references or referrals-

I've got a property under contract and it's in the inspection period and I want to make sure I have my ducks in a row outside of the regular inspection. It won't be the biggest rehab I've done but some of the issues are different from what I've previously tackled.

1- a GC to walk a property (it's under contract and the inspection clock is ticking). I want to get a better idea on pricing and potential issues in addition to the regular inspection.

2- the house likely needs a full rewire. (knob and tube i believe) I've never tackled that before so any recommendations here would be awesome. Electricians, what not to do, etc.

3- assuming they have to rip apart all the walls to replace the electrical, I need a drywall quote for essentially the whole house, i believe. any and all referrals and advice here would be appreciated

If anyone has advice or referrals for any of the above things, please hit me up here or in via PM.

Thank you!

You can expect about $15k for a complete rewire. Choose an old electrician who has done this a lot, an experienced electrician can fish wires through the attic and crawlspaces, thus eliminating a lot of drywall damage.....
