Ian, I don't have anyone I can recommend for that scale of project (who's still in RI anyway), but you're probably aware of similar buildings/projects that were done in the past, so if you're really not getting the recommendations you need one indirect way would be to look at who pulled the permits for the projects that are like the one you're doing.
