I have never seen ice on the ground, let alone know anything about piples freezing.I know how salt water corrodes things but ice is not in my wheelhouse. 

They had already called the power company 2 months ago, who came out and checked and told them that the condenser was icing up. 

I made the mistake and bought a unit that didn't have the defroster option and the unit locks up into a block of ice the few times the temp drops low.Frank

Hello - I was hoping to get some thoughts from folks on Bigger Pockets that have worked with a group of investors on real estate deals, specifically as it relates to the first ask or breaking the ice with investors on a deal.
