Has anyone used the services of, Furnished Finder or Traveling Nurses as a resource? 

There is another property not far from this one, sold 612k just a few weeks ago and that one seems to be more furnished. 2.

I am listing my townhome as a shorter (medium)-term fully furnished rental (30+ days required but less than 1 year, not Airbnb) and am planning to appeal to travel nurses, interns, and maybe those who just need some temporary furnished housing for a few months. 

Honest question as my BIL lives in a furnished apt that has a cleaning lady that even does his laundry.

The house is rather large, comes fully furnished, sits on about 3 acres and has been a successful STR and events venue.

Flipped to long-term furnished rental and I am mostly full. while I agree that a place like the Smokies might do okay, I do not agree you should be totally helpless if something like this happens. what if it was a year?
