I'm not looking for a dream home and I'm not paying market price for an investment property.I feel like you're working against yourself hassling with a selling agent that won't even consider an asking price offer.

And the potential is that you will live for free and generate additional income each month.I think the biggest roadblock you will face in taking that route will be the bug that bites most homebuyers that they feel they have to buy their dream home right now.

They know that they don't have to spend money on advertising (if they don't want to), they don't have to look for other clients (if they don't want to) and they know at the end of the year about how much money they will make without having to stress over it.All I ask for in return is consistent pricing, a little lower than market rates, and being top of the priority list when I have work and they have other opportunities.The contractors I've worked with over the years would likely tell you that I'm a dream client.
