A flyer has as much sophistication as an invitation to an ice cream social at a church, or a donation to the school sports program for a car wash.The letters I receive inviting me to investment seminars from estate planners and investment brokers are on stationary, not copy paper, much less some garbage colored letter.

Often though, this will occur on leather shoes, belts, and even dark colored clothing because of poor (or no) air movement in the closet.

No accent wall colors.

Its a real plus in an area of all older homes where most of the basements are pretty dark and dingy looking and many either have issues now or will sooner or later.

It would also help to paint the house a more modern color.

I say go for it isn't wrong with the place but the color if the kitchen.

I recently noticed a hairline crack on the floor of the almond colored bathtub in the house I'm currently living in, which I will be converting to a rental in the next three to six months.I've already put in a new floor and vanity in this bathroom, but was holding off on replacing the bathtub due to the estimated costs I've heard from others.  

:-)  Look for the calk that says it's "paintable", unless you've got a trim color that matches the calk, where you aren't going to have to pain.Nice tip @David Frandsen
