I have a couple ideas though they are at the rough stage:- Small piece of cloth/rags from goodwill ("turn your beat up house from rags to cash")- Styrofoam out of a big box store dumpster ("House sitting on a flimsy foundation?")

If you're driving for dollars you really don't NEED anything as you're not making contact, just gathering info to send mailers (or sending them on the spot from your phone if using deal machine, maybe they'll give me a free month for the plug :p)In the back end: have a branding package developed, get business cards made, brand your clothing, get a website (I think this is a #1 priority), etc but all of this should take a back seat to activity, activity, activity.

Bring your lunch, don't eat out and cook at home, drive a cheaper car, buy your clothes at a thrift shop or yard sale, make your own coffee instead of stopping for a cup, make sure you're not paying interest on consumer credit, etc etc.
