Other requirements you can have for their animal is that they be trained to perform whatever service they are performing for that person, be housebroken, not pose a threat to the security of others, not damage your property, and be licensed and vaccinated.

The other thing to keep in mind is that windstorm coverage applies to wind damage to the entire building, and not just the roof in my experience.

I suspect he damaged the pan while removing the drain, but it's hard to prove.I would hire another plumber to investigate and see if they can find evidence of damage caused by the first plumber.

I've reviewed the ADU rules on some of the different city's websites, now I realize how much variance there is just within the county...For example, Santee has a new owner occupancy requirement that will go into effect on any ADU's permitted after 2024 and a strict no STR policy, La Mesa on the other hand seems really ADU friendly.Does anyone here have recommendations on which cities in SD county to avoid and which to explore for ADU's?
