The government should let two consenting adults (buyer and seller) engage in any transaction that doesn't victimize anyone.Hopefully this will be resolved soon.

As @Bob Malecki stated, the days of taking assets to foreclosure and having them sell at auction for a massive profit are few and far between,  That being said, we have one that is going to auction on 2/22/18 (16 days) in Tampa that the borrower signed a consent judgment on and the house is worth around 220k fixed up.

Hi Lynn, my lease states that an inspection should be during reasonable hours and with tenant's consent, which shall not be unreasonably withheld, but it mentions no specific hrs like yours that gives them 48 hrs.
