Setting the hype aside (and there is a lot of hype) Dodd-Frank Act of 2010 has the following provision:"While the act is meant to protect businesses that “stimulate the economy” or are “too big to fail,” thanks to the loopholes in the verbiage, if you happen to hold your money in a savings or checking account at a bank, and that bank collapses, it can legally freeze and confiscate your funds for purposes of maintaining its solvency.

Now Savannah is not some dusty little town like I will visit tomorrow, but when I see people buying a lot of these lots, I just fear the city is not going to allow them to build and tap into the sewer or water line for fear the whole thing collapses and they don't really have money or a good solution.Also from what I can tell the current owner at 111 probably bought it in a tax sale....so I would wonder why they're letting go again?

The demand would collapse if stock market crashed 40% from today's level and stay that way in 10 years LOLTo do that Gov. has to burnt money even more by creating 20% interest rate for 5 years at least.but before that happened the gov. itself that would collapse as because their expense is crazy with additional new interest payment while economic growth is flattening LOLIt's chicken and egg problem.
