There really are some solid coaches and "gurus" out there that are still doing deals and being very successful as an investor, or at least they were very successful at one time.

Many companies coach on this...BCS, Lendio, unsecuredline.com, etc.You'll need to work to get your business credit scores (Paydex, Experian, etc.) up to snuff and show some nice cash flow, but unsecured lines aren't that hard to get below $50k.
