Just don't place all your eggs in one basket as one turn key provider might go belly up and then you have no buyer and have to start over.Hope this helps.

I believe that Maryland requires an "escrow" account to hold security deposits, which I imagine is so that it's kept safe from you or your business' personal creditors in the event you go belly up.
