Pre-purchase: When i first saw the home, it was packed with trash, clothes, furniture, etc.

Neighbors don't question people riding in work truck, in work clothes, with flashlights & clipboards.

The 10% savings advantage to the little guy will go away once they have to pay taxes.Old malls and clothing retailers have been dying for the last decade.

I rarely buy clothes and try my best to live a minimalist lifestyle.

Some high end restaurants, movie theaters, and entertainment type places like a Dave and Busters but larger.Have seen modeling agencies also.Malls are trying to make it a destination place again versus places with old and tired anchors where people order online instead and then a bunch of clothing stores around it.  

If only 4 meters than one tenant is paying to dry the clothes also unless you have an electric dryer....A lot of the older 4 families have crazy lines tapping off tenants Etc...Good luck but you have a few options to fix it don't lose too much sleep over it...regards,Chris

I work in tech and worry that I fit the Silicon Vally stereotype too neatly (chia breakfast pudding followed by a drive in the electric car to yoga???)

They are decked out with 17" steel wheels, manual cloth seats, rubber floors, and reliability.

@Jonathan Perez as a tenant, I would never worry about what clothes my landlord was wearing.
