they can be their own worse enemy.example that sticks in my mind was one case were the child of the tenant stood on the oven door to try to reach something and broke it.. 

Part of me thinks I'm wanting to do this due to being betrayed but the other part of me is that he has a bullying mentality (he's a very large built imposing military man) and I dont think anyone has ever stood up to him and it's time to take a stand. 

On top of that, it was a commoditized product, so I had to make sure my service stood apart from the competition.

As a side note most people in America care most about the price off gas and not the mpg, because remember when gas was $4.00 a gallon not that long ago, no one wanted SUV's and trucks but stood in line to buy Prius's.

I had to tell a 35yr old man Standing right  in his living room that I was going to throw his whole family out on the street if he didn’t pay up in front of his children as they stood there scared wondering where they will go .( I get no satisfaction out of that btw)  How many of you out of  state bleeding heart investors from the west coast would want to do that on your Labor Day “ off”  to get a measly  500 bucks ?

Seems like a smart position to take since in this case, S, the realtor/flipper from Ohio and a BP member did not put any money into the game and she stood to benefit greatly from all of the upside but not share in the pain of any downside.

I guess the point is build your empire on a solid foundation of education and application (whether it's in a formal setting or by absorbing the resources at your fingertips), use principles that have stood the test of time (earn, pay yourself first and be charitable) and fall forward every chance you get.
