@Melanie Hartmann I think you are getting the signals that many experienced real eatate investors here are telling you mixed up.

An eviction will still go against your record, thereby signaling to future landlords that you either failed or decided to pay your rent and were evicted and/or had judgement against you. 

@Luke Dilorenzo whatever you do ignore the online virtue signalers, they are always generous with other people’s money.

Virtue signaling is boring,  If you don’t want to understand his argument fine but don’t act as if you are his morally superior. 

SOLVEDbut you aren't going to change the vocabulary of everyone else because just it makes you uncomfortable then.and since you brought up the cringe worthy virtue signaling of your families military service that somehow validates your position to be elevated above anyone else's and how they should speak, let me say as a veteran myself, it doesn't bother me at all.

No one is saying severely disabled folks who **can’t** work should be forced into labor camps so Why the Lame virtue signaling ?

Unfortunately this also signals beginning of the end of the "urban flight" and all the big bets people were taking on hopes of  "'forever" quarantine trends.

I have no opinion because I try to spend more of my time looking for the signal in the noise.
