Don't forget about PG LG UP AMI, etc before making a decision on a "B" territory.This is quite a subjective topic.

We own a couple dozen houses in Houston, some in our own names, and we have had to file vandalism insurance claims and have had NO issues with the insurance company paying the claim.Personally, I would max out all of my fannie/freddie slots before looking at portfolio lending as it is 30 year fixed money.  

I'll analyze a partnership deal for the house in NOMA.We'll keep searching DC but we need to aggressively pursue PG county where the price point to purchase can be a lot lower than DC.

did you also have to have someone with a net worth of the amount of the loan on the loan  with no PG  or something like thatwhat do they call that person..
