I'm of the mindset that downplaying what I'm worth, or changing the subject is a best practice with people I've just met for the first time.

I've just never ran into this scenario before.

I just recently found a property I am very interested in and it's a FSBO listing.

My 1 year residency requirement expires April 2017.I recently found a property listed as a short sale that I would owner occupy.  

So i have been looking for a property for quite some time now and recently found a place i like.

I recently found an off market duplex that the owner is willing to sell but the only way I can make a deal make since right now with the amount he is willing to sell it for is to split the property and re-sell them as condos. 

I have recently found a property that just hit the market that has 2 units. 

I've just started a few days ago but I am hopefully on my way to a deal in the next few months.

Thank you @Gordon Cuffe I've just now started the search for multi-family units in the area.

I've recently found a 9-plex I would like to pursue further.
