Not greedy people both comfortable with a modest living.  

I have heard of this concept with stock/option traders, but it makes sense in applying it to RE as well.

Anything posted by a major media publication is already designed to sway an opinion in one way or the other.What would generate more buzz and votes, an article saying rich landlords have life easier or, greedy landlords trying to force evictions on poor unsuspecting tenants.

The lack of contractors or skilled trade really make the prices skyrocket so finding a contractor that can work within your budget on an investment property can be incredibly difficult.
