Had a bit of a snag with delivery of some items since the phone number provided was wrong.

However, they have been slow to respond and it seems like all of these intermediaries would negatively affect the cost and delivery time of what is usually a relatively quick and inexpensive process.

Also figure out the price for material, delivery and hauling away the old shingles as once the owner knows that, he may realize he's not saving that much...plus he has to factor in his flight, hotel and food to get to the US and time off his current job.

That means you should not be working on the property personally or turning yourself into a delivery person making daily trips to the hardware store.But, while flipping houses can be done within the IRS rules... there is a potential catch.
