@Ashley Yoviene what you say, intuitively makes sense to me. though I'd rather invest in Nashville, because of appreciation and growth, it's going to take WAY more money esp in today's market. and not everyone is trying to buy in Toledo like they are in Nashville right now so it's a lot less less intimidating for a newbie like me!

I echo @Ashley Hernandez in her comment above that BP, with its podcasts, books, webinars and social support is a much bigger help and better value!
