Salt Lake City (SLC Salt lake County) Wholesalers wanted

Hi!

I've been accumulating multifamily investment properties for buy & hold and know that route fairly well, but wanted to try a different strategy for finding leads and also a different part of the real estate game.  So far I've found most of the properties myself as an agent, but with family life getting more complex lately I wanted to connect with wholesalers in the Salt Lake City or Salt Lake County area.  I'm looking to try my hand at a flip, but would also be happy to take multifamily properties that are inline with the current plan.

Please contact me if you are wholesaling or have deals in the Salt Lake City or Salt Lake County area. (I also am interested in deals near Portland, OR.)

Hello All, new to BP, but interested in finding good wholesalers in the Salt Lake market as well. I currently have 2 single family rentals in SLC, but open to all opportunities. Does anyone have a good suggestion as to where to find and network with reputable wholesalers? Is there a section on BP website for wholesalers to connect with buyers? Thanks, Darin
