I'm a CFI out of Santa Monica and an adjunct professor (as of today) at Orange Coast Community College in their aviation department. 

Sounds pretty exciting, I know, but I'm looking to break out of the 9-5 and make a career in real estate.I graduated from Purdue University in 2009 with a degree in Aviation, but I now work for a pharmaceutical distributor.  

I do participate in other non RE sites, boats, aviation, travel but none have the activity of BP, some threads are more like a chat room!

Currently I work in the aviation industry and drive a really fast bus.

Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) prohibits the use of UAVs for any commercial purpose, except on a case-by-case basis where the FAA has granted the user a certificate of airworthiness.

But like I said recapture is the issue.my aviation partner owned a big underground company  150 employees type thing and when he sold to his employees he had all his iron paid for and part of the deal was they would lease the iron from him..

The economy has diversified and the west valley is home to prominent warehouses (Chewy, Sub-Zero/Wolfe/Cove, REI, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Amazon, UPS, Anderson Windows, etc.) along with growth in the aviation sector and a few data centers.  

My Aviation Partner started a container building company its taken years to get those permitted and big issue is banks wont finance them easily if at all.

I say this because the Federal Aviation Administration is warning air travelers about what it describes as a dramatic increase in dangerous behavior aboard passenger airplanes.

I currently work as a PM building for a commercial general contractor in SoCal with background in hospitality, aviation, private commercial and healthcare.
