Bloggers are writers of a sort and are often paid.

Any of the books authored by the Bigger Pockets team with their co-writers, including myself, will do just fine.What exactly will you be doing with your new firm? 

If you already own a home, most under writers will want to see that this new home is 100 miles + from your current home or will require letter of explanation as to why you are moving. 

Tyson is saying ADUs are by right on any multifamily parcel...but that is just taking the writer in Forbes word for it. 

If they do not write Dwelling Fire policies or if your property did not meet their guidelines for the Dwelling Fire (ie. they write 3 family owner occupied houses but do not write rented 3 family properties} that may be an additional issue.
