As you go down the economic scale of renters, the more they value brightness, because the tend to cook more than going out to eat.I did a quick mock up of some of my thoughts for the kitchen for you.LVP flooring, more electric light, including under counter lights, a single hole deep sink, etc...as you can see in the pic below.As for the cabinet doors...the place may bring good rent with the doors as is, or if not I'd probably price out a few door replacement companies vs tearing them out and installing new.My mockup increases the counter work space quite a bit...in a kitchen where people will be cooking vs going out to eat...that is something I'd point out to potential renters.... the large "C" configuration of potential work space.As for top cabinets on the new stove wall...I might go with open shelves (if it would still bring top dollar in that market for that neighborhood class home).The color yellow...

These are small offices (600sqft) so folks who have been working remotely and are tired of being at home or need a quiet dedicated workspace that isn't a coworking space have been very interested. 2.

Flippers now need to pay attention to the fact that adults will be spending more time at home than usual so will need more functional workspaces.

Just curious if anyone has invested in or is currently operating a "workspace" rental type of business and what their experience has been.

Here are a few ideas I've had for my clients that are landlords in Colorado or people just trying to sell locally in Colorado Springs or Denver.Convert unused media rooms into work spacesRemote workers are putting a premium on office spaces; the focus right now on usable work space in the house is nearly as important as kitchensA good home office will have strong wifi, noise proofing and a lockSellers and landlords should consider moving bedrooms into the basement- this gives the feel of ending your day.

(You can charge them for it or if your city allows you but the service under their name instead of your own) In a commercial capacity, it's not too helpful but it could be if you choose to do a coop work space and have multiple companies in different rooms. 

I've had a meetups in a bar, a pizza place, a shared workspace, and a BP member's rehab project.

Disposals sit with stagnant foul water in them unless the electric motor is run very often; bewilders me how common they remain despite weekly garbage collection well as consumers now composting amidst climate & pollution woes.Mwave + hood combos aren't modern-looking as today's exposed range vents but save such a huge counter footprint so its a no-brainer to keep them off such valuable workspace when tight.
