There is intact and poor condition, poor condition needs to be either wet-scraped (removed) or encapsulated (think vinyl, etc.). 

If you have a signed agreement and ink was one hour old and still wet, that agent gets the commission.

There is a lot of value in gaining experience and getting your feet wet.

This is incorrect with you an adu license, no 2nd stove, wet bar, microwave sure, but 2nd stove requires an adu license

This would get your feet wet.

Tile is the obvious choice for wet rooms because it is totally water proof.But the big picture ....if you're going to sell in 5 yrs and remodel then, I wouldn't do anything now. 

After getting my feet wet I was eager for more and searched and searched and……….searched.

This will get your beak wet and allow you to learn while living for free or close to it.  

Also, hands-on experience is invaluable—start with a smaller property to get your feet wet.
