If they’re not able to assist, I also have other LAIC referrals as well that will just provide the service only.

The biggest thing you need is contacts and contracts if that is where you go.An LTR would have to carry itself pretty well to be worth it depending on your interest rate after 12 months.A midterm and str take time to find, setup, and start having momentum so again how does the interest rate after 12 months effect it?
