My point was that even guitar teaching full time at a $100/hr is not extreme wealth so the teacher can't sell himself as example of being a full time musician making big money in the music biz when he is seeking students because he is 1) not making real money (comparatively) and 2) not performing but rather teaching full time.

It's not an expense, but it for sure is not coming into my pocket and staying there month per month.I see that you're a musician!

As one would expect from a world-class voiceover artist, it's exceptional. 

They say it takes 10,000 hours to become an expert in any given field..musician, plumber, real estate investor etc....if the shoe fits wear it...

And thousands of musicians who will never make it out of their garages.

@Derek Dodd Flood Valley is a great meetup location, I've watched some great musicians there!

They will be the pit stops for the most successful touring musicians- and the path to stardom for the young and aspiring artists.

I want to add that I am a musician, and that this has been a "music scene house" for 15 years. 

Today the 2.5-acre studio is a private residence and belongs to actor/musician Jared Leto, who is known for throwing parties with his own type of “atomic” energy.
