Is the bang worth the buck ? 

I am interested in investing in the Abilene community (I'm over in Fort Worth).

But consider this: if your time is worth $100/hour and you spend 40 hours a year on tasks you could outsource for $25/hour, you’re effectively losing $3,000 of potential value each year. 

Do it, it is worth it. 

An A-frame, a treehouse, a home with views, etc. ... they all kill on Airbnb.

As a first time investor looking to make the first purchase on a multifamily home in and around the city of Columbus, OH, within the next 2-3 months, I wanted to ensure I have all the information I need to be able to quickly and efficiently analyze and decide on a property worth investing into.

If y’all could help with finding out if this is worth purchasing is a good investment.

If I try to combine everything into one, ol would that be viewed negatively to any potential client? 

Is it worth paying their annual subscription fees and do their 30-day rent guarantee mean anything if they aren't refunding the payment?
