We are doing more wholesaling than flips right now and managing our own rentals/lease options (since we both live and work in Memphis - it just makes more sense for us at this point).I do have a couple of VAs working for me now:  phones, research, etc. 

We help place investors with real estate trained VAs at REVA Global.

@Mike Kehoe - I have 2 VAs and they are around 10% on the pick-up so you're beating me for whatever that is worth. 

Not because cold calling doesn't work but because I didn't have time and VAs can't get the job done like I can.

I'm looking for recommendations on a good cold caller training program or website that I can use for overseas VAs or in house callers.

VAs are inexpensive by comparison, but they're not dedicated to you but for a certain amount of hours per month and if a more important client has an urgent need, you'll be bumped down.

What do you typically have VAs do?

I see offer pad and front door all over Vegas.. and they are buying houses.. and they use the exact same trigger words as wholesalers use on their direct mailor when a wholesaler has one of the VAs call me looking to buy one of my properties.has this created competition for you.. or are they just going for deals that are so thin U would not do them anyway?
