If there is a 2-story duplex in west boulevard that the upper unit cannot have access to drier and washer and storage in the basement is it worthwhile pursue this property and in what reduction in the price? 

I might add that there is not washer and drier hook ups but there is coin laundry which according to the paperwork brings in an additional 70 dollars on average a month.

If the dollar lost its value as as a stable currency, my whole way of life could tumble.

I'd be very careful when you're starting out with a lot of money, because one misstep and you could go tumbling in the wrong direction and not be able to recover, whereas with a smaller loan you could absorb the cost of an error more easily.

Then all of a sudden the house of cards I had built came tumbling down.

We've lost two months revenues ... six months,  and the pool of opportunity will be drier and with it,  goes much of the value of this particular purchase.

It should be noted that there is nothing in the lease that states tenants are allowed to store any belongings in the shared space at all.Tenants are leaving their clothes in the shared washer/drier for days until they get moldy.

You will fail and tumble at times but use that also as your education in moving forward.
