Packing boxes, stuff in semi state of packing unpacking, unwashed dishes in the sink, laundry piled up.

In fact, I am always dishing out advice to the "young bucks" to never jump into your "forever" home" because it will just keep you "forever in debt!"

She's turned the water off in our suite as I was doing the dishes and again because apparently our toilet was running all night.

Remember that in addition to the "normal" expenses encountered with ownership in these properties you will have more breakage on furniture, dishes, sheets, towels (you will be providing all of that) and it's not like a rental across town that you can pop in to fix a garbage disposal, replace a bad fridge etc.

Let's see: Exercise the dog, rake the leaves and trash up, do the dishes, clean the house, do the laundry (including changing and remaking the beds) wash and gas up the van...Oh, a biggie---get my computer to work better and faster.

Not saying that will get you out of trouble but it will help as you're building your case if there is black mold. virtually every rehab homes has black mold in it.. .. we just spray it with Clorox and call it a day.. but I get it .. there are different kinds and I guess the wrong kind can make you sick.. boy you should see some of the homes we go into  IE hoarder homes they look like full blown petre dish's mold of every variety and they seem to be OK..

We’d like to have someone fix drywall, rehang shelf and replace tile the falling dishes chipped.

Most never used cleaning products at all or ever felt the need to pick up their stuff or do dishes .
