You can basic info on short term rental projections and occupancy rates with a free account, but will have to purchase a membership to get detailed info. 

Along with the price increase, do a market survey where you find comparable homes (on rentler for example) and see what their rents are.

The membership is fed up with spam on the forums.  

Even when wholesalers “kinda’ admit to the seller that they are going to “wholesale” the property, they still tend to mislead the seller by talking about “financing partners”, “equity positions”, “mentors” “membership” etc.So, various states have, under the banner of consumer protection, enacted legislation to restrict the use of the “wholesale” transaction in RESIDENTIAL OWNER OCCUPIED real estate - note, not commercial property and not residential when the transaction is between 2 investors. 

I'm an out of state investor, therefore when I speak to some local credit union they request I reside in the area to obtain membership. 

I do it's sitting right in front of me.Try going to REOMAC they are not going to charge you thousands of $$$ for it.Unfortunatly last time I checked they are only accepting "servicers" memberships now.What if I said send me your resume and I'll send it to all my AM's, would you be willing to send me a referral fee on the listing you close that came from my efforts?

Avail is $7 dollars a month per rental unit (for the upgraded service, I believe), and RentRedi is free with a BP membership or has a $1 for 6 month trial subscription.  

I'm a new BP pro member and I have to say that I think this may be the best membership i could ever ask for!

To be more specific, I would like to know if their paid Mastermind membership is a good value when it comes to investing in single family, or  multifamily homes.

It was an automatic membership renewal with zero notice to me to decide if I wanted this or not.
