They all represent themselves, your PM is supposed to represent YOU and that didn’t happen.This immediate situation is almost secondary to the fact your manager is being negligent with your money.

Anyone who has to pay for good reviews, deletes any critical comments and blocks those people, and can't answer any real follow-up questions when someone digs into what their word-salad comment is actually supposed to mean (like when he tried to explain how to handle a due on sale clause on here a few months back, and made up a ridiculous answer that we all called him out on because it was wrong, then he stopped commenting), is a little sketchy IMO.  

The DEFINITION of Ponzi is providing early investors with a supposed earned return which is actually provided not by ROI but by using the investment of later investors.  

Their "teams on the ground" are supposed to be vetted.

@Brady Hales @Jason Marino, aren't you supposed to register this WY LLC in the state you are living in as it is considered doing business from that states and then losing the anonymity purpose of that WY. my understanding is that the reason to put it into a irrevocable trust is for asset protection purpose as you do not own these properties anymore. what am I missing ?
