So, as an example, if you look today and you see that various sources lead you to believe that you can rent it for $1500/ month, that number can change quickly in a week (let alone 3 months) based on other factors in your local area - such as a similar property suddenly gets put on the market for rent.In addition, there are different ways to approach your rental amount. 

I hear that the same can be said for phone calls - and after a brief surge in text response that too is starting to be ignored.So, while a continuous campaign funded at a fairly large level (top wholesalers spend $15,000 + monthly on marketing), the trend is that people DON’T want their personal space and sanctums violated by advertising.

Just as I was posting the notice on the Tenant's door, the door was not shut all the way and I was suddenly face to face with the Tenant.

When I tell them that we don't sell properties without putting them on the market they suddenly lose interest.

So strange, I have had a great ranking for 4+ years and suddenly in the last 6 months I've fallen off the list.
