I would change out the garage door to one with stylish windows a or carriage house type with interesting design.

I know most will suggest not painting brick but I don’t think pant removal is in the budget and when I look at the side not painted already, I’m not impressed with the appearance of the brick.Also, it is on a dead end street in a rural area with about 10 other brick ranches (none painted) and I think a stylish gray with matching new roof will make it stand out.  

As an artsy person, I have a flare for stylish, quality refurbs using materials and creative solutions that have gotten me a big bang for my buck.

 And my favorite source for stylish but inexpensive lighting is Houzz.com.

Then showed up from a 16 hour work day with a sink full of dishes, all my beer gone, uncleaned up cat vomit in a planter, excuses on why there isn't rent and "Oh by the way can you grab a pizza, I'm a little short?"

Just to give an update....The weekend after your feedback we got to work to do some of the minor changes to the house, repainting the universally hated diarrhea colored front door lol and adding a flower planter.

Next step is painting the planter black and new driveway (driveway is all broken up on both sides!).

I really hate guys with stylish hair and carefully trimmed facial hair who obviously don't spend time in a respirator confidently telling me their total BS opinions about home improvement.Really, no offense, Kyle.
