Properties with huge yard growth,mail box stuffed with mail,newspapers stacked up like crazy stuff like that.

Legal requirements have changed from the good'ol days when you could get away with stuffing cancelled checks in a bag.

I calculated my costs to run about .40 cents a letter (mail merge, stuffing envelop, hand writing address and putting stamp on it) and about .60 for stamp, envelop, ink, paper and obtaining the lead.

And the rest I designate towards people stuffing and folding and stamping...here in CA its a tough market and if I want to keep up, ill have to get to some where near $5000 a month...But the plus is here in CA one deal can net me a really big spread...
