Anyone that says the market won't slow/reverse is ignoring history and you can say the same about people who always say the stock market goes up and so does bitcoin.

Maybe it's paid with a stolen credit card.   

Best case, tenant really made a mistake, and bank corrects the error they let them make, but they also may have actually stolen from you then lied to you about it.

There's been talk of how these will intersect and it's already happening in some spaces and I'm not talking about Metaverse Real Estate (Although I think some of that will make some people VERY wealthy).I'm talking about real physical real estate providing access to crypto investing and returns, and here's the crazy part...It has the potential to offer all the great things real estate does like depreciation, hedge against inflation and cash flow, all while exposing you to the high reward of Bitcoin's upside and decentralized nature. 

Ask seller who their carrier is, start there.If the rip rap is stolen by the sea and the house caves, will city planning even allow you to rebuild?

In 5 years its a whole new area, and if you get in early its better than bitcoin.  

The fake ones are about making 10k on bit coin???

I am about to sell one of Properties because of the rental problem in  Baltimore.while one of properties is waiting for section 8 rental to move in, the property was broken in and I have to spend so much $$$ to fix repairs and replace the appliances that were stolen. it is very frustrated situation.Please ring the i can share some my experience with you.Thanks Kathy
