I wrote a letter, which my property manager printed on his letterhead stationary and hand delivered it to the tenants on closing day; after ownership was official, as said by @Brie Schmidt    This was a good plan since the closing date kept moving.

Each building has a 24 hour doorman, maintenance personnel, and a stationary engineer.

Make it on formal stationary and openly  cc the contractor and an imaginary lawyer if you don’t have  one already.

I've also had amazing luck sending letters on stationary size paper & envelopes.

Regulation can be local/county/state specific but generally in CA RV's can't become stationary, and tiny homes are classified as RVs (at least in CA).

The wife and I are currently Realtors and REI but I also hold a w2 job as Stationary Engineer.  

They may well have some specific and unique to the property "special terms" where you might have "quiet hours" spelled out, or parking assignments, no window AC's allowed etc. but the bulk of the tenant responsibilities are covered in the main sections of your "standard" Rental Agreement (it might be a "Standard" form from a stationary store, or an online source, or BP, or your own that you drafted with the collaboration of your RE Attorney.
