The issue comes in the foreclosure process were each beneficiary needs to sign the documents to allow the trustee to prosecute the foreclosure.. if you have a hold out it can lead to a stand still.. ( never good).

You need a business card, as others have stated just go to vista print and make one.I am a buy and hold investor, whenever I meet a neighbor at a new (or old) house of mine I give them my card and tell them to give me a call if they see anything i would want to know about at the rental,,,they like the idea they can contact the owner, and I (sometimes) find out about a problem before it becomes a big issueObviously you will use them at REI meetings etc,,give them to anyone that will stand still long enough for you to hand them one,,,I've been in sales my entire life, I always say if someone throws my card away often enough they will remember me

As far as I know on the civil side of things the lng proposals are at  a stand still.

I have worked on a marketing plan and they have been spreading the word that I am an agent but I am at a stand still with leads.

When purchasing, if I feel negotiations are at a standstill and the seller or seller's agent is being difficult, I will send the entire report as it may just benefit my negotiations since they're now in possession of the information and they know the information should be delivered to the next buyer.  

In Las Vegas right now the market is neutral so demand and supply are at a standstill.
