I am looking to simply spark some conversations surrounding Long distance investing.

My interest was sparked when I heard about another student owning and renting out an apartment so I thought what a great idea I should do the same.

Given the political unrest many have turned to waiting it out before making the biggest purchase of their lives. 

I have recently sparked an interest in real estate and I am wondering how investors stay up to date on the markets and submarkets that they are interested in investing in?
