The historic southside in fort worth is such a beautiful neighborhood, it truly has some real value if the city could solve some of the social issues, it has a lot of potential for both residential and commercial investments.

I would like to start using social media, in particular YouTube, to market my business but I know very little about it.

Nobody should be surprised, we literally social-engineered this. 

The "online leads" trend becomes a vast pool of scams, each one discovering a new and "better" way to find motivated sellers via SEO/Paid adds/Social Media etc, and automatically aims to make a profit from selling those so-called leads.

If that doesn’t work, you may need to seek legal advice or reach out on social media for more visibility.

However, the reality is that a tenant can break their lease at any time by just not paying and the owner will lose that income; so a lease is just a false sense of safety.
